One flat fee.
No surprises.
We show you the cost before you submit anything, and you are only charged for a completed clinician review — if no clinician reviews your case, you are refunded in full. No games.
The visit fee
One flat fee covers the entire clinical evaluation — provider review, e-prescription (if appropriate), and your secure visit record.
$60
per visit — one-time, no subscription
- Licensed provider reviewBoard-certified, state-licensed clinician reads your intake, reviews history, and makes a clinical determination.
- E-prescription if appropriateSent directly to your chosen pharmacy via secure e-prescribing. A prescription is a clinical decision, not a guarantee.
- Provider follow-up questionsClarification messages included at no extra charge.
- HIPAA-secure visit recordIntake and provider assessment stored in your patient record, accessible anytime.
- You pay for review, not outcome$60 covers a complete licensed clinician review. If no clinician reviews your case, you are refunded in full — automatically.
Every program is the same flat $60. Prescription is not guaranteed. The visit fee covers clinical evaluation only. Pharmacy fills are billed separately by your pharmacy and may be covered by insurance or discount cards. Sales tax may apply where required by state law.
PrescriberNow does not bill insurance, so the federal No Surprises Act applies differently here — the flat $60 is what you see and what you pay. No insurer negotiation, no surprise balance bill. If we ever add insurance billing in the future, we will provide a Good Faith Estimate before any charge.
What is included vs. separate
The $60 visit fee covers your clinical evaluation. Pharmacy costs are billed directly by your pharmacy and are separate from the visit fee.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the visit fee flat, not insurance-billed?
Insurance billing adds overhead, payer rules, prior authorization delays, and the risk of surprise balance bills. A flat fee means full transparency — you see exactly what you pay before you submit anything. We may explore insurance integration in the future.
When am I charged?
Payment is collected when you submit your intake, before a provider reviews it. The fee is clearly disclosed on the payment screen. You are never charged without seeing the fee first.
What if my prescription is not covered by insurance?
The visit fee is unrelated to pharmacy costs. For medication coverage, ask your pharmacist about your insurance or third-party savings programs like GoodRx — offered by GoodRx, not PrescriberNow. We provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your plan.
Can I use an HSA or FSA?
Many HSA and FSA plans cover telehealth visit fees as qualified medical expenses. Check with your plan administrator. We provide an itemized receipt with the information typically needed for reimbursement.
Is there a subscription or recurring charge?
No. You are charged per visit only. No membership fee, no auto-renewing subscription, no minimum number of visits. Each visit is a separate, one-time charge.
What if I need a follow-up visit?
Each new clinical question requires a new $60 intake. A follow-up for the same ongoing issue within 30 days may qualify for a waived fee at the provider's discretion — this is not guaranteed and is a clinical judgment made by the reviewing provider.
